SPAIN is the largest country in Southern Europe. The country has a rich multi-ethnic history of empires and recorded cultures settling on the Iberian Peninsula territories as far back 35,000 years ago.

Today, Spain is a highly developed nation with the fourteenth biggest global economy. In 2017, it was ranked as the second most visited country in the world with over 82 million foreign visitors. The summer months are especially popular and a great time to be there!

Barcelona is the cosmopolitan center of Spain’s Catalonia region, where the scenic neighborhoods and lively culture bring diverse tourists from all over to this part of Europe.
