WE RECOMMEND THIS EVENT: The 15th Annual BlackStar Film Festival is an annual celebration of the visual and storytelling traditions of the African diaspora and of global communities of color, showcasing films by black, brown and indigenous people from around the world. 
This year’s 2026 event will be held the weekend of August 6-9, 2026 in Philadelphia!
