Three time Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter Jill Scott announces her much anticipated new album world tour in 2026. Here are the Eastern Region dates for Philly, New York & Washington, DC
Jilly Scott has long been number one to fans of neo soul, but it wasn’t until her fourth album, The Light of the Sun, that she attained the No. 1 Billboard position to match in 2011. Originally discovered by Questlove of The Roots during a live poetry reading, Scott has released three studio albums and earned three Grammys Showcased in her music is her signature blend of soulful vocals and spoken word.
Scott’s first LP release in 2000, “Who is Jill Scott? Words and Sounds Vol. 1”, reigned at No. 2 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.
The 6th studio album release “To Whom This May Concern” includes several nods to her hometown, especially on the track “Norf Side,” in which Scott sets aside her signature vocals to trade rap verses with fellow North Philadelphian Tierra Whack.
